Of course this is the sixth article we have personally written regarding this (one for Dont panic, one for Flash and two for BCR and the first post herrrrre) and you didn't listen then so of course you won't now but anywaaaaaay here is Fagbooks new TOS that you've already signed up for you clever little fucker you:

"You hereby grant Facebook an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to (a) use, copy, publish, stream, store, retain, publicly perform or display, transmit, scan, reformat, modify, edit, frame, translate, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works and distribute (through multiple tiers), any User Content you (i) Post on or in connection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereof subject only to your privacy settings or (ii) enable a user to Post, including by offering a Share Link on your website and (b) to use your name, likeness and image for any purpose, including commercial or advertising, each of (a) and (b) on or in connection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereof."



That means if Facebook wanted to do an official version of that image at the top of this post and put your face on it and then put it up on massive billboards across the planet then you've already given them your permission to do so. Also if they want to use any image or any work you've so much as linked to the site (let alone posted up there in your desperate attempts at marketing lol) then they can, it's unlikely, if you are using Facebook as a promotional tool, that you have any real talent anyway (not exactly mr thinks-outside-the-box are you) and it's unlikely any of the hundreds of your 'friends' you spam evey five minutes with every shitty idea that comes into your head will have much sympathy for you or your bullshit either come court time so maybe this is all for great justice anyway.
